Don't leave it until the last minute
Electrical and plumbing installation positions for the kitchen layout will need to be confirmed at an early stage of the build. All too often the kitchen plan is left until the last minute then it's a panic to "get something on paper". So often, people call and say to me, "I need a layout plan for the electrician as he's starting his first fix tomorrow"
If you're starting a building project then ensure that all the plans, costs and suppliers are sorted out at the very beginging - don't leave it until the last minute.
A full kitchen design and planning service is available for new build and home extensions. I will require a set of relevent architects drawings to enable a layout plan to be created. A site visit is certainly advisable at a later stage but I strongly advise that the kitchen design is completed at the initial stage of the project.
